CX Collection's Shipping

All orders take 3-10 business days to process.

All orders are shipped from China, and it takes 8–10 days to deliver them to the customer. (A total of 2-3 weeks including both processing and delivery time) Time varies based on volume of orders, size of orders, and carrier distribution rates.

International shipping rates and fees may differ based on country.

Please Note

The shipment time excludes weekends and holidays (4–7 business days for shipping). Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing time on the following Monday.

CX Collection, unfortunately, is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number informs you that your package has been delivered to the given address and you have yet to receive it, you must contact the carrier to report your claim. Please make sure to carefully verify the address before completing the order. 

Any high-risk orders or fraud orders will not be finalized and will follow with identity verification if flagged.
